Physical Eduction- period:4 and day:2

I think I've been doing very well in pe because I have been helping out with clean up and I am always attending class, unless I'm not feeling well. I have been pushing myself really hard on fitness and regular days. I have also taken the teachers advice and partner up with people that try hard in pe. I try my hardest to encourage people who are not participating. Everyday before pe, I have dance and in dance we have to stretch before we do anything so I'm always prepared for pe and I'm not scared of pulling a muscle in class. I have been improving my diet because my goal is to become more fit and I really want to improve in my running. I feel like I could push myself a little harder when it comes to running. I have been working on my goals from last year and I feel like I have really improved. I don't have trouble with pe strip because I need it everyday for dance and I can just use the same clothes for pe. I think I could improve on having a more positive attitude on fitness days, but I absolutely love days when we don't have fitness. Hopefully by the end of the year I'll enjoy fitness more and encourage myself and my friends to go further. I think my work habit is a G.
